Safety Tips - More Required Reading
1) Always meet in a public place.
2) When meeting someone for the 1st time (and until all your friends know them), always ensure that you tell several others where you are going, who you are planning on meeting and what you know about the person you are meeting.
3) NEVER assume that what a person tells you online is the truth. They may be completely different in person than what you expected.
